I was really inspired by AKay724's thread "A stitch in time". I wanted to create a plan of my own that is similar if not identical to AKay724. Hope he doesn't mind. Here is some background info in me:
I am 31 yrs old and have about 10 years of IT experience which started when I was in the US Navy. I currently work as systems administrator for a chemical company here in Houston, TX. My certifications include A+, Network+, and MCSA.
So far I am very unsatisfied where I am in my career. I am seriously underpaid and there is no growth with my current company. I blame myself for all of this because for the last 3 years I have been very unmotivated.
