You get paid at the rate of USD0.22 per 1000 pic views. There is no limitation on picture size nor number of pictures in your galleries. You can upload pictures either by uploading in their web interface (you can upload eight files at a time but only the first six files will actually be uploaded according to my experience) or uploading with the mass uploader which is VERY easy to use.

You will need to create a gallery before you can start uploading pictures(which can also be done within the mass uploader). After uploading, you will be able to select pictures(select all and unselect all buttons available) from thumbnails and generate codes for posting. You can simply get codes of the whole gallery at the galleries page too. It's fast and easy.

There are five options for payment withdrawal - paypal, Amazon gift card, eBay gift card, E-Luxury gift card and Target gift card. They promised to payout within 7 business days but it normally takes a bit longer according to my experience. You must note that galleries with high ratio of Asian traffic will result in prorated payment like 50% of the balance, so better not to post in local forums if you are from Asia or you will be disappointed when you get paid.
