hotlinkimage.com - 1.5 points for each unique visitor, 0.075 point for each image view.

ImageFoco.com - 0.75 points for each unique visitor, 0.0375 point for each image view.

Cocopic.com - 0.75 points for each unique visitor, 0.0375 point for each image view.

You get more points from hotlinkimage.com codes but there is a popup ad for every image. The above are based on tier 1 traffic(traffics generated from English speaking countries.) The rate for image view is a bit lower than average but I normally earn more than using other services, I guess it is because of the points I got for unique visitors. Pornographic contents are allowed in shared images and it is the best choice for making video preview if you used to post video clips.
